Phoenix Home Care develops caring relationships with patients
Slaton resident Elizabeth Martin, who has lived in the community for more than five decades, says she has recommended Phoenix Home Care all over town. For this 96-year-old, there simply isn’t a better choice for professional, compassionate home health care.“I won’t have anybody else – they’re such good people,” says Elizabeth of the caregivers and staff who have cared for her over the last few years. “They just know how to help.”Elizabeth first tried Phoenix Home Care’s services about 10 years ago following a hospital stay for surgery.“I couldn’t wait to get home; Phoenix made that possible,” she says.Since her first experience with the agency, Elizabeth has called upon Phoenix for a variety of care services, and currently enjoys daily visits from a home health aide who assists her with meals, grooming and anything else she needs.“Whenever I need help, she’s there,” Elizabeth says of her caregiver, adding that her experience with everyone from Phoenix has been positive. “They are very good about balancing different health issues.”Like many Slaton residents, Elizabeth says she was grateful that Phoenix Home Care had a branch office right there in her community.
